Hey folks, I'm **Frank Helm** (He/Him/They). This site contains posts longer than 240 characters, which I'm told counts as a blog, as well as my resume and various notes, personal projects, and reference items. Such things are likely to include cybersecurity, risk, games, food, or just anything else I get the itch to post. If you want to know more about the guy behind the keyboard, have a look at out [[🏃‍♂️‍➡️ About Me]]. I do recommend giving [[⚖️ Legal and Privacy#Disclaimers]] a read. --- > [!hint]- Contact Me > **Public** > - Email: [email protected] > - Bluesky: https://bsky.app/profile/beermetalpc.com > > **Private** > - Signal: Available on request --- # Index ## Recent Articles - [[New Home, New Homelab]] - We bought a house and I started a not-so-modest homelab; updated to reflect current state as of October 2026. - [[E-UNI Class - Intro to Pathfinder]]- A training class I refreshed while playing in EVE University's Wormhole Community for others new to life in wormhole space. ## Drafts - Updates to: Here There are Monsters - on my work in cybersecurity M&A - Quinine Quaffs - a just for fun slideshow on antimalarial alcohol, and not just the gin and tonic ## Complete > [!note]- Projects > - [[New Home, New Homelab]] > - [[My (Old) New Site]] >- [[Goodbye GMail, hello Zoho]] > - [[Car, er, Kitchen Thing]] > [!example]- Gaming > #### Ferrous Core > A series on lessons learned building and running a large gaming community in Destiny 2. > - [[Pt.1 - I Built a Community]] > - [[Pt.2 - I Ran a Community]] > - [[Pt.3 - I Learned from a Community]] >- [[Finances of a Gaming Community]] > #### EVE Online > Consists of classes and long form material I wrote or refreshed for EVE University. > - [[E-UNI Forum - Using Trade Alts for Profit]] > - [[E-UNI Class - Intro to Pathfinder]]
