This is a map of content for everything EVE Online on this site: predominantly teaching material from my time at [EVE University](https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Main_Page). These are speaking notes for classes I developed and delivered in 2023. I've posted them here in case they're of value to other players with the caveat that some information may be out of date, and as personal portfolio material that demonstrates experience developing and delivering training covering complex subjects.
Most of the material I refreshed and taught was in support of E-UNI's [Wormhole Community](https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Archive:Wormhole_Community) (WHC), which no longer exists. For those curious as to how and why it became defunct, the Uni wiki documents the eviction from their home hole, J211936, and the aftermath: [The Eviction of Innuendo](https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/User:Amoni_Panala/evictionofinnu).

> New to wormholes? Read **[[E-UNI Class - Intro to Wormhole Mechanics]]** first — it covers the fundamentals: what wormholes are, how they form and collapse, what even is polarization and why does it matter, and what you can find in wormhole space.
## Classes
- **[[E-UNI Class - Intro to Wormhole Mechanics | 🕳️ Intro to Wormhole Mechanics]]**
- January 2023
- The fundamentals of wormhole travel: what wormholes are, the time and mass mechanics, finding and identifying them, wormhole space and its system classes, chains and static connections, polarization, and what you can actually find on the other side. Speaking notes were written from scratch, and married to a slide deck that long predates me.
- **[[E-UNI Class - Intro to Pathfinder | 🗺️ Intro to Pathfinder]]**
- April 2023
- An introduction to Pathfinder, the wormhole-mapping web application E-UNI's Wormhole Community used to track chains in real time. This covers the user interface, data-quality expectations, the map, nodes, connections, signatures, and the additional windows. First delivered in April 2023; slides and speaking notes both mine.
## Posts
- **[[E-UNI Forum - Using Trade Alts for Profit | 💹 Using Trade Alts for Profit ]]**
- January 2023
- A write-up originally posted to the E-UNI forums: lessons learned in using trade alt characters as an in-game side hustle. Sometimes you gotta spend pretend money to make pretend money.

> [!warning] Content Note
> During my time at E-UNI I also taught classes that are generally considered prerequisite to living in wormholes, such as [Intro to Bookmarks](https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Bookmarks_(CORE_class)) and [Intro to Exploration](https://wiki.eveuniversity.org/Exploration_(CORE_class)) and I did refresh the deck and speaking notes for the latter.
>
> However, these are considered "core classes" by E-UNI. I have avoided publishing those courses, their decks, or my speaking notes on this site as I don't wish to undermine the good work the university does by hosting potentially outdated versions of their material that is meant to teach fundamental knowledge and skills of the game.
>
> I've hosted only two classes, specifically wormhole-relevant classes, on this site due to the effort I put into (re)developing them and because following the eviction and closure of WHC I'm not confident that the university regularly has persons available to teach those courses.

> Living in wormholes was a really special gaming experience for me, and although I don't actively play EVE anymore I think the onramp should still exist.
